When purchased through our online TREDS Store:
Warranty Policy
Advantage Products Corp. warrants to the original end-user customer that its footwear will be free from defects in material and workmanship within 30 days of purchase. (i.e. Broken snaps, mismatched pair, rubber deformities). Product must be in brand new condition to be covered by this warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover, and TREDS will not be obligated or liable, for any problems or damage that results from:
- Normal wear and tear, which includes punctures, holes, snags, and tears
- Damage occurring from chemicals or other contamination
For defective products, rather than incur surplus shipping charges, Advantage Products Corp. requests that photographic evidence be taken of both a side profile of the boot, the sole of the shoe, and a close-up of the concern in question. All photos are to be sent to customerservice@treds.com. Advantage Products Corp. will address all concerns through email/phone within 24 hours. All requests for replacement are approached on a claim by claim basis.
All returns are subject to a 10-15% restocking fee based on quantity of return.
Tip: TREDS patch kits or a rubber tire patch can be used to repair a TREDS boot when a tear occurs. For small punctures/holes, we suggest using gel super glue to repair. This limited warranty does not cover, and TREDS will not be obligated or liable, for any problems or damage that results from:
- Normal wear and tear, which includes punctures, holes, snags, and tears
- Damage occurring from chemicals or other contamination

Distributor Return and Exchange Policy
Advantage Products Corp. will accept for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused/unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
For a full return: please email customerservice@treds.com within 90 days of original PO. Items must be in their original packaging.
A restocking fee of 10% will be taken at time of received return.
For exchanges: please email customerservice@treds.com within 90 days of original PO. Items must be in their original packaging.
A restocking %(no greater than 10%) may occur dependent on the condition of the returned product packaging.
