Returned Goods Policy

  • Returns/Exchanges and Defective Merchandise – Purchased from a Retailer/Distributor

    If your TREDS Overboots, Safety TREDS or Super Grit Overboots fall under warranty, please return/exchange your items to the original place of purchase.

Exchange Policy

Advantage Products Corp. warrants to the original end-user customer that its footwear will be free from defects in material and workmanship within 30 days of purchase. (i.e. Broken snaps, mismatched pair, rubber deformities). Product must be in brand new condition to be covered by this warranty.

This limited warranty does not cover, and TREDS will not be obligated or liable, for any problems or damage that results from:

  • Normal wear and tear, which includes punctures, holes, snags, and tears
  • Damage occurring from chemicals or other contamination

TREDS PATCH KITS can be used to repair a TREDS boot when a small hole or tear occurs.  Please visit your local dealer, distributor, or email customerservice@treds.com to purchase a patch kit.
